The BFR editorial desk
Every ranking, score and study on Best OnlyFans Reviews comes from one small, data-led editorial desk working from a single dataset — 100,208 creators across 1,061 niches, rebuilt from live public listings. Two editorial personas front that work:
The Analyst
Runs the six-factor scoring framework, audits every niche page, and writes the data studies — the quarterly Price Index, the subscription cost study, the US creator map and the free-tier economics study. If a number appears under this byline, it is computed from the dataset — never quoted from another site without a citation.
The Guide
Writes the explainers and consumer-safety content: how free trials actually work, how to vet a page before paying, how to avoid the scam sites that imitate OnlyFans. Guide pages carry a "last verified" date and cite primary sources — platform documentation and consumer-protection guidance, not other listicles.
Honest about how this works
The Analyst and The Guide are illustrated editorial personas, not staff biographies. They are the consistent bylines of BFR's human-led desk, which uses AI-assisted production under human editorial control. We'd rather tell you that plainly than invent fake author CVs — what makes our pages trustworthy is the process behind them, which is fully documented and reproducible.
How the desk works
- Source: public creator listings (prices, free/paid status, content counts, likes) are collected from OnlyFinder's human-categorized directory — no private data, no scraping behind paywalls.
- Scoring: every creator is scored 0–10 on the same six factors, relative to their niche. Sponsored placements are walled off and labelled — they never touch editorial rankings (disclosure policy).
- Verification: every page passes automated structural QA plus an editorial review before deploy; data pages show their computation date.
- Corrections: if we get something wrong, we fix the page and note it — see our editorial standards.
Use our data
All studies are free to cite with a link — every chart is downloadable and embeddable (SVG/CSV) and our datasets carry machine-readable schema.org metadata. Journalists and researchers: press & data requests.
