Most subscribers underestimate the total cost of a paid OnlyFans subscription. The sub fee is just the entry ticket; PPV, tips, and customs make up the larger portion of typical monthly spend. The verdict combines your projected spend, the free-page signals you observed, and the creator's BFR score (if known) into one of three recommendations: subscribe with confidence, wait for more signals, or skip.
How the verdict works
The calculator combines three signals into a single recommendation:
- Projected total cost. Sub price + PPV spend + tip spend, multiplied by your sub period. Most subscribers cite only the sub price when justifying a sub. The total is typically 2–5× that.
- Free-page signals (5-signal test). If you observed 4+ signals passed, the public-side risk is low. 3 or fewer = significant chance the paid side disappoints.
- Creator BFR score (if known). Above 8.5 = top-tier worth subscribing if other signals also support. Below 7.5 = our methodology suggests caution. Unknown defaults to neutral.
The verdict thresholds:
- Subscribe with confidence: 4+ free signals AND BFR score ≥ 8.5 AND total cost within typical-subscriber range (under ~$150/month for 3-month period).
- Wait for more signals: 3 free signals OR BFR score 7.5–8.5 OR total cost projecting over $200/month.
- Skip: <3 free signals OR BFR score < 7.5 OR projected total cost over $300/month for sub period.
What this calculator does not include
- Custom request fees. Customs typically run $50–500 per request. If you plan to commission customs, add the budget separately.
- Bundle discounts. 3-month and 6-month bundles often discount 10–25%. The calculator uses the standard monthly price; manually adjust if you have a bundle quote.
- Currency conversion. All figures USD. International subscribers see slight variance due to platform-side conversion.
- Tax / VAT. Some jurisdictions add VAT to the sub price. The calculator assumes pre-tax pricing.
